Beginners Yoga

Tuesday's at 6.30pm - 7.30pm

at St John The Baptist Church Hall, Longbridge Lane.

A yoga class designed for people new to yoga to gently introduce you to the practice, or for those who want an easier yoga practice.

Please remember to bring your own mat.

Hatha Yoga

Mixed ability classes based on a more traditional approach to yoga.  Incorporating yoga postures (asana), breath/life work (pranayama), and meditation practices.

Suitable for all abilities with options given throughout to encourage you to work to your own level.
